Cool Cuisine: A Cooking Demonstration, Tasting, and Discussion

How Do Our Food Choices Affect Our Environment?

Come to Fellowship Hall at noon on Sunday, April 23 for a program presented by Laura Stec, a private chef, teacher, speaker, and co-author of “Cool Cuisine: Taking the Bite Out of Global Warming.”  Laura highlights the seasons and the connections between a healthy people, community, and planet.

Although this program occurs on the fourth Sunday of April, to coincide with Earth Day Sunday, it is part of our “Fifth Sunday” series for the entire church family. Please plan to attend! There will be sufficient food provided, in addition to Laura’s samples, to carry you through the lunch hour!
