During our offertory in Communal Worship every Sunday, we invite participants to not only offer monetary gifts but also tangible gifts for those less fortunate in our community. We ask congregants to bring a non-perishable food item for the Food Closet or a non-food household item for the Ecumenical Hunger Project, and place those offerings in the baskets on either side of the main door into the Narthex.  Please consider bringing a tangible offering to worship this week to help benefit our greater community.

These non-perishable food items are currently being collected for the Innvision/ Urban Ministry Food Closet in Palo Alto:
- tuna
- beans: garbanzo, kidney, refried, pork ‘n beans, black beans
- hearty soups with meat
- pasta
- pasta sauce
- dried milk
- instant oatmeal
- canned meats: corned beef, spam, Vienna sausages, Spaghetti-os, chicken
- beverages: instant coffee, hot chocolate in packets, Capri Sun pouches, tea bags

- disposable diapers (sizes 3,4,5)
